Our Commitment

We Believe in Safe Entertainment

bdb99 is a responsible online betting and casino platform. We want every player to enjoy the fun of gaming in a safe environment, within their own means. Online betting is a form of entertainment — it should never be seen as a primary source of income or a solution to financial problems.

Before playing on our platform, always set your personal budget and only spend an amount that, if lost, will not affect your daily life. Responsible gaming means knowing yourself, staying within limits, and seeking help when needed.

Remember: Betting and casino games are purely for entertainment. Winning is never guaranteed. Set your own limits before each session and stick to them.

Protection Tools

Control Tools in Your Hands

bdb99 provides a number of effective tools to help you monitor and control your gaming habits.

Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit takes 7 days to come into effect — this delay is intentional, for your protection.

Session Time Limits

Set a limit in advance on how long you will play each session. When time is up, the platform will automatically alert you and encourage you to log out.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gaming habits are going out of control, activate self-exclusion. This feature offers options ranging from 30 days to permanently closing your account. All promotional emails are stopped while exclusion is active.

Time-Out Break

Use the time-out feature to take a temporary break. Your account can be temporarily suspended from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During the break, logging in or making deposits will not be possible.

Gaming History

Your complete betting and transaction history is available in your account. Monitor your spending and time, and contact customer support if needed.

You are betting more money than you can afford
You keep playing to try to recover money you have lost
You are hiding your gaming from family or friends
You are betting with money meant for bills or essential expenses
You have tried to stop playing but cannot
You feel anxious or restless about betting
It is having a negative effect on your work, studies, or relationships

Ask Yourself

Some Important Questions

Ask yourself the following questions to assess your gaming habits:

Budget and Control: Am I playing within my set budget? Am I able to stop playing after a fixed time?

Emotions and Feelings: Is betting making me feel anxious or stressed? After winning, do I want to play even more?

Personal Life: Is betting affecting my work, family, or health? Am I playing while hiding it from loved ones?

If the answer to any question is "Yes", contact our support team or activate self-exclusion.

Common Questions

FAQs on Responsible Gaming

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about responsible gaming are provided below.

After logging in to your bdb99 account, go to the Settings menu and find the "Responsible Gaming" section. There you can directly access deposit limits, session time limits, time-out, and self-exclusion options. Our 24/7 live chat team is always ready to help.

The duration of self-exclusion depends on the option you chose. Once a temporary exclusion period ends, it is possible to reactivate your account. However, a permanent exclusion cannot be reversed and the account cannot be reopened. No promotional communications will be sent during the exclusion period.

Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. If you want to increase a limit, it will take effect 7 days after the request — this delay protects you from depositing more money in a moment of impulse. This is part of our commitment to responsible gaming.

The minimum age to open an account and place bets at bdb99 is 21. Age is verified at the time of registration. If a user opens an account by providing a false age, the account will be closed upon discovery and deposited funds will not be returned.

No. Betting and casino games are purely for entertainment — they are not a reliable source of income. There is no guarantee of winning on any bet. Only wager an amount that, if lost, will have no impact on your daily life.

First, contact our 24/7 live chat or send an email to [email protected]. Our team will help you set up self-exclusion or a time-out. If the problem is serious, you should seek support from a close family member or a professional counsellor.
